EXCHANGES & RETURNS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We are always open to communication regarding your order. Our main priority is your dog’s comfort and your satisfaction.

RETURNS

Please note that returns are not accepted for international orders.

EXCHANGES

• Exchanges are possible within 14 days after delivery.
• The item must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging and all tags preserved.
• International shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.

If you receive a defective item or if a mistake was made on our side (wrong size, color, or model), we will resolve the situation individually.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Equipment with:
• custom embroidery
• personalization
• custom-made production by customer request

is not eligible for exchange or return.

If the wrong size was selected for a personalized item, we may offer to produce a new item, but the new embroidery must be paid separately.
